We switched to Ideal Pool Services because we were getting several complaints from our tenants that the previous pool company was not cleaning the pool enough and were not thorough. I received calls from 2 tenants that didn’t complain about their pool service but asked us if we had changed pool company because they had noticed a difference in their pool, it was cleaner and crystal clear. And sure enough I knew we found a great pool cleaner to use for the properties we manage. Great service!

He knows exactly what to do to not only bring your pool back to a state of usefulness in a short time, but the goes the extra mile to keep prices low in maintaining a beautiful pool. Always maintains a competent and professional demeanor in dealing with me. Courteous and knowledgeable. Always helpful. My pool always looks so blue. Very happy with service.
